Q: What size group do you provide support for?

A: We have experience in guiding and planning for any style of travel.

We can assist solo tourists, large family groups or corporate trips.

Q: What fees do you charge?

A: Our fees are determined on a number of factors (length of the trip, size of the group, number of activities etc). In the case of larger groups, we will may need to charge additional fee so as to be able to accommodate the group in the best possible way.

Q: Short notice reservations

A: Yes, if you are already in Japan or planning to arrive shortly, please give us as much notice and a sense of your deadline, so we can help out and provide ideas as quickly as possible. Where possible, we will try to assist with bookings or any urgent issues,

Q: Refund

A: As a travel agent, we charge a service fee for any expenses paid other than accommodation, experience, and transportation costs. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for any changes that might have to be made due to weather conditions.
